About the team:
Our team functions as the strategic business enablement hub for Walmart Transportation Parcel, integrating Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Data to enhance shipping efficiency across the enterprise. We convert complex data into actionable strategies, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure packaging, transportation, and fulfillment solutions deliver measurable financial and customer value. Serving as the central coordination point among multiple departments, the team drives scalable decision-making, operational excellence, and ongoing innovation throughout Walmart’s transportation network, supporting data-driven insights and optimized business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform initial data quality checks and manage data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
- Develop and present clear, insightful data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs using multiple tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
- Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, ensuring compliance with governance policies and service level agreements.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data analysis, statistics, and big data analytics with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
- Expertise in exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Proven skills in communicating data findings effectively to stakeholders using advanced visualization techniques.
- Understanding of data governance, storage, and scalability within enterprise data ecosystems.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
