Role summary:The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Lead system design reviews to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using modern programming languages and platforms.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and adapting to change.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable, resilient systems.
- Strong software development skills across the full lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience in API design, software prototyping, and applying design patterns for secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions to ensure quality and sustainability.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, debugging, and problem solving to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
- Demonstrated innovation mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
