The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Members collaborate across functions to solve complex problems in a high-scale, distributed environment. What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components for automation and multi-step reasoning.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate across teams to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements using data-driven practices.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and change agility.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Ability to lead technical design reviews and apply sound technical judgment for sustainable architecture decisions.
• Skilled in DevOps engineering and remedial action to enhance platform reliability and developer productivity.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making to optimize engineering outcomes.
• Commitment to mentoring and technical leadership fostering continuous learning and collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
