- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements and optimize development processes using data-driven practices.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong hands-on development skills across multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.
- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Ability to conduct thorough system design reviews and apply software design patterns for secure, maintainable, and modular solutions.
- Demonstrated capability in API design, software prototyping, and DevOps engineering to enhance platform productivity.
- Skilled in data-driven decision making and driving engineering excellence through continuous improvement and error correction.
- Effective collaborator with strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
