Your New Role:
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network infrastructure with a strong focus on F5 Load Balancers. You will be part of the technical team that is pivotal in ensuring the high availability of IT services and alignment with the business's goals and objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities:

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • F5 Load Balancer Configuration and Maintenance (50%): Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP LTM (Local Traffic Manager) and GTM (Global Traffic Manager) devices

  • General Network Troubleshooting and Support (30%): Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and performance. Resolve complex network problems and operating issues.

  • Policy Development and Documentation (10%): Develop and maintain network configuration documentation, network maps, and process records. Construct and uphold policies and procedures for network administration and security.

  • Collaboration and Communication (10%): Working closely with IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure network strategies align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant professional experience.

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in network engineering with a significant focus on F5 load balancing architecture. Experience should include hands-on work in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale networks.

  • Deep understanding of F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM platforms

  • Understanding of linux-based operating systems and a working knowledge of web-based applications

  • Deep understanding of SSL certificate management and troubleshooting

  • Solid knowledge of DNS configurations and troubleshooting in complex network environments (Infoblox preferred)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Must participate in an on-call rotation for out of hours support

  • Minimal travel anticipated for this position

  • Must have the legal right to work in India
