Your New Role…
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical WBD Reporting Analyst to join our Order to Cash (O2C) team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting solutions that support the end-to-end O2C process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting tools, and a deep understanding of the O2C lifecycle, including billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor O2C performance metrics (e.g., DSO, aging, cash flow, billing accuracy).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, IT, Customer Service) to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data collection processes using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably within an O2C or finance operations environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
