Your New Role:
We are seeking a strategic and globally-minded product leader to oversee the modernization and integration of International Linear systems, Affiliate platforms, and Converged Advertising solutions at Warner Bros. Discovery. This high-impact role will unify product strategy across regions and platforms to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Define and lead the global product roadmap across International Linear systems, affiliate management platforms, and converged advertising initiatives.
Modernize legacy systems and streamline workflows for linear and affiliate business operations.
Enable seamless convergence between traditional linear and digital advertising ecosystems across global markets.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders, engineering teams, and commercial leads to deliver scalable, future-ready product capabilities.
Act as a product ambassador in cross-functional forums and with external technology partner
Define and measure key product performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and maximization of business value.
Manage top-tier relationships with technology partners and vendors to augment our capabilities and foster strategic collaborations.
Your Qualifications & Experiences:
Strong understanding of International Linear Broadcast Systems, including scheduling, playout, rights management, and traffic systems, with awareness of regional operational nuances.
Experience modernizing legacy linear platforms and aligning them with digital and converged advertising systems.
Familiarity with affiliate distribution workflows and the systems that manage entitlements, feeds, and contractual obligations across global markets.
Proven ability to lead cross-platform product strategies that unify linear and digital advertising operations.
Skilled in Agile development practices, with proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence for planning and execution.
Track record of building scalable product roadmaps that balance global strategy with local execution.
Effective collaborator across engineering, sales, operations, and executive teams, with a talent for translating complex system needs into actionable solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences across different regions.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization with global reach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Broadcast Technology, or a related field.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $175,070.00 - $325,130.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
