Your New Role...
Working closely with the FP&A and Accounting Finance teams as well as the LP legal and territory teams, the key focus of this job is to prepare various kinds of participation statements for international local productions. This role involves detail-oriented analytical work with complex, multi-step reporting processes.

Your Role Accountabilities...
OPERATION
Set-Up and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements including specific responsibilities for, but not limited to Producer participation statements for Local Productions
If agreed with respective territories, coordinate and ensure posting and payment of statements including required internal approvals in collaboration with P2P team
Coordinate and ensure corrections for expenses posted to local production titles if the title assignment was incorrect in cooperation with accounting team
Respond to internal and external partner’s questions and requirements referring to the statements prepared or costs/ revenue details included in statements
Preparation of LP-related intercompany reporting
Documentation of business processes
Support internal and external financial audits
Ensure the compliance of financial processes with Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (if applicable)
Respond to ad hoc requests from territories and / or Home Office
ANALYTICS
Expert in internal systems and processes
Qualifications & Experience…
At least 5 years in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
Fluent in English
Quick problem solver, team player, excellent time management skills
High level of service-mindset and results-orientation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to read and understand legal contracts
Great organizational and interpersonal skills
High level of analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP R/3 FICO and BW
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes across multiple sources
Willingness to learn industry-specific terminology essential
Not Required but preferred experience:
Industry experience (theatrical, participations or film production)
Other languages (French, Spanish, Italien, Japanese)
