Position Summary

Coordinates various financial accounting administration activities for Pediatrics research including financial reporting, management, invoice tracking, projecting, and analyses.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison to accounting departments to resolve accounting issues and manage year-end process.
  • Conducts ongoing analyses on grants, non-cap accounts, gift accounts, start-up, endowments, bridge accounts, clinical trials, and overall financial trends to develop strategic goals.
  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes various reports for reconciliation of budgets/financial transactions.
  • Prepares JR’s, BA’s PCA’s, PAA’s to resolve overdrafts, function and fund changes, etc.
  • Manages reporting to ensure compliance.
  • Maintains financial records.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and financial annual reporting.
  • Prepare clinical trials closeout documents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
