Responsible for various Gift & Endowment accounting related functions, while serving as a resource for policy and support for the School of Medicine.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and process documentation/checks related to the establishment of new accounts.
- Establish new accounts and maintain existing accounts in the financial information system.
- Establish fund allocation accounts related to requested fund disbursements and overhead variance exceptions.
- Process accounting entries to transfer fund balances and prepare pledge accrual entries.
- Prepare quarterly variance analysis of pledge accruals.
- Provide scholarship and other periodic reports to Central Administration.
- Process the annual endowment and scholarships report to ensure that revenue is distributed appropriately.
- Assist Central Administration with Gift and Endowment inquiries and prepare/review reporting as needed.
- Communicate and answer department Gift and Endowment policy-related questions.

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
