The Project Coordinator provides coordination and support for IT projects and portfolio activities, with a focus on Workday integrations. This position facilitates Agile ceremonies, tracks deliverables, maintains documentation, and ensures timely communication of risks and issues. The Coordinator collaborates closely with technical and functional teams to align configuration, data staging, and integration efforts, serving as a liaison across the WST to promote effective planning and on-time delivery.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide project coordination and consulting support from initial request through completion, with emphasis on Workday integrations and alignment across functional and technical teams.
- Understand and document business requirements and existing processes as they relate to technology solutions and integration workflows.
- Apply technical project management methodologies, Agile practices, resource management, and change management techniques to ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and sprint backlogs using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Generate and distribute project status reports; facilitate Agile ceremonies and communication efforts to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Compile and maintain project documentation, including status updates, action items, and issues logs in JIRA and related systems.
- Coordinate implementation and integration activities across a broad range of functions and departments.
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and take corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate IT service requests across the university, including faculty/classroom, administrative, student, and external group needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Base pay is commensurate with experience.The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
