Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Support
- Provide Workday support across the university for system related requests and incidents to meet service level agreements.
- Perform current state analysis and/or root cause analysis as required.
- Perform regression and unit testing for system releases and changes.
- Troubleshoot with customers to identify resolution.
- Document system operating procedures.
- Escalate issues as needed.
- Support Workday data governance policy and processes; support data quality and compliance audits.
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) in communications and training updates associated with production issue or delivered enhancements.
Technical Expertise
- Support Workday projects that require technical expertise.
- Evaluate new functionality for release management and provide testing support.
- Create, evaluate, and test proposed solutions as required for projects to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Support Workday related configuration changes.
- Utilize strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements to meet objectives and meet business goals
- Follow established change management processes.
- Independently work toward completion of tasks and resolution of issues to ensure compliance to project deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business to implement Workday solutions that meet the distinctive challenges of the institution.
- Support activities associated with change management.
- Apply best practices for effective communication with stakeholders to provide status of ongoing efforts.
- Coordinate activities with other business analysts.
- Participate in recommending and implementing continuous improvement, process enhancements, and other Workday solutions.
- Partner with organization change management teams to provide tutorials, training, and communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.

$58,400.00 - $99,700.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
