The position is responsible for data analyses, investigation of trends, program evaluation, and potential intervention pathways across multiple HIV/STI initiatives, including Expanded Testing (ETP), Rapid Start, and Linkage to Care (LTC). This role ensures accuracy in reporting, coordination across providers, and program development while applying epidemiological methods to evaluate outcomes, improve program operations, and strengthen surveillance activities. The Statistical Data Analyst II will support regional HIV prevention and care initiatives and assure that all data reporting requirements for funders are met. This position will apply equity-driven evaluation approaches and services that help our organization make data driven decisions and communicate their impact. The position transforms complex datasets into meaningful insights through dashboards, infographics, and reports that inform stakeholders, providers, and patients. In addition, the role provides technical assistance to testing sites, supports linkage-to-care processes, and collaborates closely with the WashU Adult Infectious Disease Clinic, Project ARK, and community partners to strengthen public health outcomes.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze databases/datasets using statistical analysis programs.
- Compile data from multiple sources for analysis and result interpretation.
- Lead collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for internal, state, and national reporting.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to sites
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external partners to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and program integrity.
- Develop dashboards, infographics, and visualizations that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders and patients.
- Apply epidemiological methods to evaluate testing site effectiveness, client outcomes and program trends across the region.
- Maintain and update dashboards and other data reporting capabilities to track performance measures and create active program management.
- Analyze key program metrics to guide data-driven decision-making and program improvement.
- Use data-driven evaluation to support policy and program decisions.
- Work collaboratively within Adult ID Clinic multidisciplinary team and the Project ARK social services team as well as other regional partners.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
