Oversees the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Workday employee data and HR transactions within the HR Solutions Center. This role ensures compliance with policies, data standards, and service level expectations. Serves as pivotal role in building, managing, supervising, training, and leading the Data Management team responsible for employee records maintenance and HR transactions, promoting a culture of teamwork, open communication, innovation, and accountability.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Data Management team to ensure efficient processing of employee records and HR transactions.
- Maintain and enforce team standard operating procedures, identifying gaps or inconsistencies and updating documentation accordingly.
- Supervise, oversee, manage, audit, and troubleshoot HCM workflow and Monitor daily transaction volumes, quality, and turnaround times to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Partner with other HR teams, including HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, to resolve data or process issues.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee lifecycle transactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support audits, reporting requests, and system updates impacting employee data.
- Serve as the escalation point for team data and transaction questions, data integrity, and process issues.
- Ensure the appropriate escalation of issues and inquiries to Centers of Excellence or HR Business Partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
