About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Process Engineer


In this role, you will:

  • Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates

    Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to delivery business benefit;

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple complex projects and project teams; and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner.

  • Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods.

  • Ensures development of metrics (key indicators) that provide data for future improvement opportunities. Identifies and manages resources, including cross-entity members, to execute projects

  • Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-entity, major LOB or multi-LOB/group redesign initiatives that encompass an end-to-end analysis and future state redesign requiring application of specialized knowledge or skills critical to the redesign efforts

  • Aligns projects to management and business strategy.

  • Integrates vertical and horizontal solutions into the strategy

  • Ensures effective relationships among the design team(s) and partners & ensures appropriate application of cultural focus, tools, and/or statistical approach

  • Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology & overcomes barriers related to cultural shifts, silo mentality as required. Ensures effective relationships among the design team(s) and partners

  • Coaches multiple redesign teams in LEAN/Six Sigma process and tools & applies comprehensive knowledge of Process Engineering tools and methods to mentor matrixed team members on improvement approach, coupling with the appropriate techniques to educate and inform others

  • Ability to redesign processes and enhance solutions through identifying Technical / didgital solutions for Busines Problems - RPA/ RDA / Workflow / Bolton etc. - Prior implementation experience preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP / Design Thinking / Prince 2
