We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Lead Reporting & Analytics Engineer to design and develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics experiences for the Cybersecurity organization.

This is a hybrid role.

There is no Visa Transfers or Sponsorships for this position.

Job Summary

This role combines UI/UX best practices, data integration (ETL), analytical modeling, and advanced dashboard engineering to deliver insightful, actionable, and real-time cybersecurity intelligence. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives, mentor team members, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the Cybersecurity data strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, analytics, and reports using modern BI tools.
  • Own and drive analytics initiatives from data sourcing and transformation to visualization and insight generation.
  • Implement intuitive, user-centric design for reporting and analytics interfaces.
  • Develop ETL pipelines and data models to support analytical use cases and reporting accuracy.
  • Work closely with security analysts and leadership to define KPIs, trends, and operational metrics.
  • Lead small teams of engineers and analysts in delivering scalable reporting solutions.
  • Develop reusable assets including frameworks, templates, and visualization libraries.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of risk management, technology controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Hands on expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or ThoughtSpot
  • Strong skills in UI/UX design for analytics applications.
  • Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines using modern cloud-based tools

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages; experience with Python or R
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity metrics, threat data, or risk analytics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
