About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst.
In this role, you will:
Participate in developing and maintaining client relationships for low complexity initiatives
Generate business outcomes for Employee Relations functional area
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures within Human Resources for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact
Receive direction from Employee Relations manager and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of Employee Relations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide information to Employee Relations managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal, and external customers
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of human resources advisory or customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Job Expectations:
Consultant staff and expert support in resolution of accommodation cases
Provide first line support and resolution of escalated cases
Review and analyze Employee Relations Accommodations cases of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth review of enterprise policy and procedures, labor law legislation, and other intangible variance factors
Engage key partners as needed, including Human Resources/Employee Relations, Healthcare Providers, Disability Administrator, HR Policy and Corporate ER, Corporate Properties, Risk & Insurance Management/Workers’ Comp, Employee Assistance, Law department and Leave Management
Educating managers and the HR community on the accommodations process and its relation to ADAAA and other federal regulations, state statutes and local ordinances
Participate in case audits for Employee Relations Consultants and provide feedback and recommendations
Participate in risk management support within Accommodations Management
