About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in developing and maintaining client relationships for low complexity initiatives

  • Generate business outcomes for Employee Relations functional area

  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures within Human Resources for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact

  • Receive direction from Employee Relations manager and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of Employee Relations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Provide information to Employee Relations managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal, and external customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of human resources advisory or customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Job Expectations:

  • Consultant staff and expert support in resolution of accommodation cases

  • Provide first line support and resolution of escalated cases

  • Review and analyze Employee Relations Accommodations cases of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth review of enterprise policy and procedures, labor law legislation, and other intangible variance factors

  • Engage key partners as needed, including Human Resources/Employee Relations, Healthcare Providers, Disability Administrator, HR Policy and Corporate ER, Corporate Properties, Risk & Insurance Management/Workers’ Comp, Employee Assistance, Law department and Leave Management

  • Educating managers and the HR community on the accommodations process and its relation to ADAAA and other federal regulations, state statutes and local ordinances

  • Participate in case audits for Employee Relations Consultants and provide feedback and recommendations

  • Participate in risk management support within Accommodations Management
