About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Services Lead to support our Wealth & Investment Management Technology team. This person will support a senior leader within a technology organization working as a strategic partner to deliver data-driven solutions that are long- term, large-scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities, and technology to develop executable strategies and plans with a strong focus on accuracy, automation, and repeatability. This person will be involved with the group’s budgeting, financial forecasting, strategic objectives as well as critical work related to compliance

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
  • Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
  • Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
  • Provide guidance on leveraging new technology


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of data analysis visualization and reporting experience
  • 3+ year of experience with budget and capacity planning and forecasting
  • 3+ years of executive level facilitation experience
  • 3+ years of experience with compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders.
  • 3+ years of experience partnering and engaging stakeholders


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Good project management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $188,900.00
