About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the Gateway L2 Production Support team.


In this role, you will:

  • Work with Agile Squads during development to ensure the products being developed are supportable by making sure the Non-Functional Requirements are met and assist squads with the necessary accesses for smooth development
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues that come into Gateway Support via email, phone, and Teams.
  • Work with Agile Squads during development to ensure the products being developed are supportable by making sure the Non-Functional Requirements are met and assist squads with the necessary accesses for smooth development
  • Advise line of business partners and customer developers about API capabilities.
  • Work with Technical Writing to create and revise user guides and identify areas that could be clarified and enhanced on the Gateway developer portal.
  • Analyze server logs to investigate customer-reported issues
  • Troubleshoot issues and fix related defect; create step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue along with solutions.
  • Escalate issues and feature requests to the appropriate product manager(s) and LOB
  • Communicate with other teams such as backend support, platform, and Digital Platform Engineering (DPE) teams to ensure all issues are fully resolved
  • Work with Gateway Developers on recommendations for enhancements reported by customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of client service experience working with high value customers and/or large organizations
  • 3+ years of onboarding or technical support of API related products and services
  • 3+ years of implementing or troubleshooting Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) certificates
  • 3+ years of experience provisioning or technical support of an API Mediation Database

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $73,100.00 - $129,900.00 annually
