About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Executive for its Wealth & Investment Management LOB. The Product Management Executive will report to the Head of the Client Relationship Group and Wells Fargo Advisors, and is focused on leading the strategy, design, and prioritization for our Advisor Platform to enable growth across our full service and independent advisor channels. The ideal candidate will identify and solve business problems with technology that drive efficiency, business growth, improved client and advisor experience, risk reduction, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a financial services/regulated industry, product management and an ability to work with a multitude of stake holders to design, coordinate build and delivery of these products.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide vision and set direction to achieve long-term strategic product objectives that impact organization and management across functions
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop highly complex, multi-year projects, strategies, goals and business ventures
  • Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially enterprise-wide sales, servicing, payments and other functionality
  • Lead a team of managers and senior professionals and develop longer-term, higher-risk strategies for the AI channel including experiences, products, and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including peers and the executive team
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in driving digital engagement
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a large, complex financial services firm
  • Product management and process design experience
  • Understanding of the Advisor/Client Experience
  • Prior experience and understanding of financial services industry regulation related to data and analytics
  • Superior analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment
  • Ability to facilitate large cross-functional meetings and negotiating priorities, solutions, outcomes


Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
