About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Workday Software Engineer to help build and maintain Workday Security through the execution of security strategy, configuration implementation, and maintenance of the Well Fargo Workday platform servicing all Wells Fargo employees. On the HRIT Workday Security team, you will collaborate with cross functional product and technology teams, ensuring compliance, optimizing security configurations, and implementing best practices to safeguard our Workday environment. The Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) team provides technology support for the security of applications and processes within the EFT (Enterprise Functions Technology) organization, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting.
The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
In this role, you will:
Work with other members of the Workday Security Engineering team to successfully complete complex technology initiatives partnering with other HR Tech Product teams
Play a critical role on the Agile engineering team in planning stories for development during sprints
Understand and implement standards and best practices for complex enterprise Workday security configurations working with teams across multiple technology engineering disciplines
Design, configure, test, debug, and document Workday security projects and features
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
Develop Workday solutions requiring an understanding of industry best practices and new Workday features to meet deliverables and new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, other technology product teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Workday
Workday Security, Reporting, and Integration experience
2+ years of Agile experience
Strong analytical and technical skills
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
