The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

This position is with Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) and reports to the Configuration Management Operations team manager. SACM supports the development and management of configuration management practices for the organization.
This position will provide support to the Service Asset and Configuration Management team managing Incident and Task research and closure for the Service Now CMDB. Conducts UAT testing for Service Now CMDB enhancements and integration related deployments and Service Now Discovery business validation. Will work with data integration partners, track integration counts daily and perform end to end data analysis to identify integration issues. This position will play an important role in identifying CMDB issues and opportunities, and helping drive resolution as well as long term remediation via automation. Will be required to own and execute on special projects based on time and need.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Service Now Asset Management Database (AMDB) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) experience
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to compare multiple data sources
- Software Development Lifecycle understanding and User Acceptance Testing experience
- Operational governance experience
- Must display initiative in problem solving, be able to learn new technologies quickly and support various implementation solutions.
- Understanding of Service Now discovery
- Ability to produce a copy of military orders including applicant name
Job Expectations:
- HHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.
- Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
