About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Wholesale Operations Finance team. This role will lead the finance function for several groups within Commercial Banking Operations and CIB Lending Operations.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior business leaders and other key stakeholders to drive overall financial performance, metric improvement and achievement of planned expectations and initiatives for CB Operations and CIB Lending Operations
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy
  • Recommend opportunities to senior business leaders that help achieve business objectives
  • Enhance framework to help deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting
  • Meet deliverables and drive new initiatives with solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and review monthly financial results with senior leaders


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial industry experience supporting a line of business
  • Experience with financial forecasting, planning, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with focus timely and accurate execution.
  • Proven relationship builder - able to consult with business partners of all levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively, translate and present financials, projects and data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities under pressure.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships, promote teamwork, influence, and motivate others
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to prepare executive level presentations, including providing strategic insights for decision making
  • Understanding the financial side and the strategic side of the business to assist the business in its growth efforts
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills. Knowledge and understanding of Essbase Finance tools for reporting and analysis

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
