About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

Within EFT we are seeking a lead software engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with M365 Search, Azure Active Directory Dynamic Groups, advanced SharePoint engineering, OneDrive integration, and a solid foundation in operational risk management within cloud environments.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
  • Engineer and enhance enterprise-grade solutions leveraging M365 search and SharePoint Online
  • Design and manage Azure AD dynamic groups to support automation and identity-based access control
  • Manage the Microsoft 365 platform—including SharePoint, OneDrive, and tenant configurations—as software-defined infrastructure


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience within the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, specifically SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Search
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a lead or senior software engineer a cloud-first enterprise.
  • Experience with Copilot
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Search, including Microsoft Graph API and search schema customization, and SharePoint -and OneDrive architecture, sync client troubleshooting, and compliance integration
  • Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience working with business teams to gather business requirements to create solutions
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum and Jira
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks along with work efforts simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to determine the most efficient and effective solution to address the problem at hand and use of a wide variety of business tools to meet user needs.
  • Problem-solving, recommendation formulation, execution orientation, strong analytics capabilities, continuous improvement and risk management skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently with strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills in a structured environment with minimal supervision

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $217,200.00
