About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to support the Home Lending and Consumer Lending Shared Service engagements area.

In this role, you will:

  • Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects

  • Ensure effective relationships among the design teams

  • Identify complex analyses and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches; including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates

  • Partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy

  • Create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Act as a process advisor to leadership on the use of data to drive performance and decision making

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to process engineering leadership for identifying innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and end to end.

  • Represent CL Process Engineering on workflow and automation Center of Excellence activities while maintaining knowledge of workflow and automation Center of Excellence guidelines and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Consumer Lending Originations (Sales and Fulfillment) experience

  • 5+ years of Six Sigma skills and experience at the Black Belt or Master Black Belt level

  • Ability to complete and explain Six Sigma tools and techniques to Sponsors, project team members, and executive level employees.

  • Experience/Subject Matter Expertise level experience working with automation tools including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath.

  • Experience/Subject Matter Expertise level experience working with data tools including Celonis task and data mining, SAS EG, iGrafx 360 and Power BI and Tableau reporting.

  • Experience/Subject Matter Expertise level experience implementing workflow tools such as Alfresco Lightweight workflow.

  • Ability to present and communicate work up to executive level employees.

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

  • Must be able to work a Hybrid Work schedule at one of the posted locations

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
