Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in San Leandro, California.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business. Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions. Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements. Drive solutions to reduce recovery. Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Design complex system upgrades. Resolve troublesome trends as they develop. Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring. Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Remote /telecommute work available, up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed.

Required Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving technology infrastructure engineering and solutions experience.

Specific skills required:

  • Four (4) years of application production support experience supporting web applications running in a Linux environment on webservers including Apache, application servers including Tomcat, and load balancers including F5 LTM;
  • Four (4) years of technical troubleshooting experience using monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk, publishing and maintain technical documentation;
  • Four (4) years of experience leading multiple implementations and supporting changes to production utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy;
  • Four (4) years of scripting and automation experience;
  • Four (4) years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodology;
  • Four (4) years of Web Services experience
  • Four (4) years of Perl or Shell experience

Salary: $131,739 - $179,200
