About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) to support the team’s efforts in the design, development, automated testing, implementation, and adoption of products and delivery of applications and project initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Conduct thorough investigations, including a deep dive, into reliability, performance and scaling issues from both a code and infrastructure perspective
Utilize DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, containerization, orchestration, and cloud service delivery
Develop, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid deployment and testing of code
Support and automate system compliance with federal compliance frameworks
Help lead new projects and initiatives, driving them to completion within required deadlines
Collaborate with software engineers to help design and develop deployment automation capabilities for new products
Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members
Troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
4+ years of development experience with languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or R
4+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
4+ years of experience with Cloud technologies/Kubernetes/Containers
4+ years of GitHub experience
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working with monitoring tools and logging services such as DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Elastic, Kafka, AppDynamics
Experience working in an Agile product environment with scrum ceremonies
Experience with control application log collection and analysis
Knowledge and understanding of issue and change management processes
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$106,300.00 - $206,100.00Benefits
