About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a treasury product Research Consultant and product knowledge expert for the Research Center on the Product Solutions Specialist Proposal & Content team. The treasury product Research Consultant partners with GPL Sales to review, vet, research, and complete responses to product-related questions and inquiries by utilizing internal tools and resources and engaging partners when necessary. We seek a flexible, proactive, and intuitive research and product support consultant with independent project management, communication, and organization skills. This role has a high degree of accountability and responsibility.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage multiple requests holistically, responding to product-related questions by utilizing internal tools and resources

  • Engage sales partners to review, vet, and clarify request needs and engage product partners for escalation as necessary, completing requests in full

  • Document and publish questions and answers as appropriate to build repository and share product knowledge

  • Act as a resource and knowledge expert for specific treasury products and services to sales teams; continuously building and sharing product knowledge, creating efficiencies, and simplifying processes while providing direction on product process requirements

  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies

  • Research, identify, and select best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace

  • Develop expertise in Research Center operations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to grow and develop the business channel


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 1+ years of Wells Fargo treasury product experience

  • Ability to work independently while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress

  • Strong influential and interpersonal communication and teamwork skills

  • Broad treasury product knowledge and expertise

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC office approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$63,600.00 - $113,000.00
