Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Sales Program Analyst
In this role, you will:
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectives
- Review issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from a manager
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales area
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external clients

Desired Qualifications:
As a Structured Products Group (SPG) Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will involve covering non-EU institutional clients in the distribution of primary and secondary trading activities across Credit and SPG products. You will work alongside senior members of the EMEA Credit & SPG Sales Team, supporting their client engagement and revenue generation efforts whilst upholding the highest standards of governance. Leveraging Wells Fargo’s strong franchise and resources, your role will be central to maintaining and expanding our client base and driving our SPG franchise forward.
- Act as junior member of the EMEA SPG Sales team, working closely with senior salespeople to gain deep expertise in ABS, RMBS, CMBS & CLO product and market dynamics.
- Engage proactively in client development, leveraging your prior experience to build and nurture relationships with institutional investors and drive new revenue opportunities.
- Provide institutional clients with all relevant Wells Fargo EMEA SPG product information regarding trade flows, pricing levels, and new issue material as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the SPG Trading team to support seamless information flow and facilitate trading opportunities between Wells Fargo and our clients
- Coordinate with other Wells Fargo teams – including Fixed Income strategists, Syndicate, and COO, to ensure comprehensive coverage of client needs and to strengthen client relationships across the bank.
- Partner with global product teams to broaden SPG product distribution, furthering our EMEA and global footprint.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external standards and regulatory policies within the provided framework
- Uphold Wells Fargo’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and outstanding client service.
- Experience in Securities Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in Sales or related roles.
- Familiarity with SPG products within financial markets is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Quick leaner and independent thinker.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg and Excel.
Job Expectations:
This position is deemed to be a Certified Person function under the FCA and PRA Certification Regime. You must always remain fit and proper to perform your role, and this will be assessed on at least an annual basis.
