Job Description

Process Engineering: Covers jobs responsible for developing, improving and optimizing processes environments using PowerApps. Develops process standards related to formulation and other metrics. Troubleshoots issues and performs Root Cause Analysis and resolve difficult process and engineering issues.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives

  • Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data

  • Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions

  • Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities

  • Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration

  • Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance

  • Support and engage senior leaders

  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness

  • Manage stakeholders

  • Track and report issues

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in PowerApps development

  • Java / SQL

  • Experience in Procedural Writing

  • Eye for detailing

  • Good Vocabulary

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of Modeling and EL work will be an added advantage

  • Good Communication skills

  • B Tech / BE

  • 6+ to 10 years of relevant experience

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Market Skills and Certifications

  • Hands-on experience on PowerApps, SQL, Python & Procedural Writing

  • Certifications in Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work in provided timelines

  • Ability to drive calls individually with Business and stateside SMEs

  • Ability to come up with process improvement ideas

  • Demonstrate skills of good team player (irrespective of designation)
