Branch Strategy Support Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Strategy Support Analyst to join our Branch Location Management Enablement Team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills who is eager to support strategic initiatives related to new branch openings (De Novo), relocations, and closures. The Junior Analyst will play a key role in data gathering, analysis, presentation development, and process improvement.
In this role, you will:

Data Collection & Preparation:
Gather and organize data from internal and external sources to support branch strategy decisions.
Clean, validate, and manipulate datasets for use in business case development.

Analytical Support:
Conduct basic analyses to support De Novo, relocation, and closure business cases.
Summarize findings in clear, concise formats for review by senior analysts and leadership.

Presentation & Documentation:
Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations and visual summaries for executive and stakeholder review.
Maintain and update documentation related to branch strategy plans and enablement processes.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve the efficiency of recurring tasks.
Support the development and maintenance of tools and templates used in branch planning.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with GIS Analysts, Data Analysts, Strategy Leads, Business Execution Consultants, and other Enablement team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project components.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of demographic data, market segmentation, and spatial statistics.
Experience with large data sets, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
Advanced PowerPoint slides and data visualization skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
Familiarity with business case development for physical locations.
Knowledge of retail site selection principles and location intelligence best practices.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
