Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex CRM integration initiatives and deliverables within Salesforce and Dynamics CRM environments. Contribute to large scale planning of CRM integration strategies. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

  • 4 years of Java experience including web/soap/rest services;
  • 4 years of development and implementation experience with applications, databases, or a combination of both;
  • 4 years of database development experience including Oracle and SQL Server;
  • 4 years of experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot;
  • 4 Years of CI/CD development and framework experience using Jenkins, Urbancode Deploy, GitHub;
  • 3 Years for Web UI development using AngularJS and JQuery;
  • 2 year of Integration engineering experience such as MuleSoft, Kafka;
  • 2 Years of software development using Agile/Scrum methodology; and
  • 2 Years of experience in financial services technology
