About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of a detailed strategy for its Market Maker Services offering. This position will formulate a tiered service model tailored to client segments within the market maker category. Acting as a strategic liaison, the role will bridge internal stakeholders and clients to drive excellence in service delivery. The role will also ensure that post-trade processes and data governance align with regulatory standards and operational best practices. Serving as the senior point of escalation for market makers, the position will provide relationship insights and support issue resolution at the highest level. Through deep engagement with clients and platform infrastructure, the director will define development strategy and prioritization to optimize client outcomes and business efficiency.
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
In this role, you will:
- Lead highly complex initiatives for financial, client and risk management within Securities Product Management
- Identify the origination, modeling, portfolio management and all risk management including compliance and operational risk
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex initiatives that require an in-depth evaluation
- Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
- Make decisions requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Conduct due diligence and portfolio administration as necessary and provide research on relevant industry trends
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in securities financing business
- Experience facilitating market and processes with key regulatory agencies
- Client relationships with market makers
- Extensive knowledge implementing intraday risk monitoring systems
- Experience driving financial resource efficiency
- Ability to streamline exchange and billing operations to optimize transaction costs

- Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 4 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 24 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00Benefits
