About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

Within EFT we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Digital Product Management to lead our Workplace Services & Automation portfolio. This executive-level position is responsible for delivering innovative, risk-managed, and employee-centric digital products that power modern workplaces across the enterprise. Key areas of accountability include enterprise print services, conference room engineering and lifecycle management (moves, adds, and changes), automation of technology controls, self-service UI solutions, and cross-functional engineering and product delivery.


In this role, you will:

  • Set the product vision and strategy for Workplace Services and Automation, aligning closely with enterprise goals, compliance needs, and employee expectations
  • Own the full product lifecycle for solutions including:
    • Enterprise print solutions and service automation
    • Conference room engineering, including buildouts, moves, changes, and ongoing enhancements
    • Automation of technology controls to improve compliance and reduce operational friction
    • Self-service user interfaces that empower employees to manage workplace needs efficiently
  • Oversee a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and operational staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, emerging trends, and user feedback to deliver modern and scalable solutions
  • Ensure all products are designed and maintained with strong risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in mind
  • Partner closely with facilities, security, compliance, and enterprise technology teams to deliver integrated and resilient solutions
  • Measure and report on product outcomes, user satisfaction, operational impact, and cost efficiency
  • Lead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management
  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology
  • 6+ years of current hands-on software development & engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in financial services industry
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 4+ years of direct report management experience including, but not limited to, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations and determining salary adjustments


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a senior or director-level leadership role
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise workplace technologies and services, including print, AV/conference rooms, and self-service tools
  • Deep understanding of workplace engineering and lifecycle management processes (e.g., moves, adds, changes for hardware and services)
  • Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, product, and operations
  • Strong background in risk management, compliance, and automation of technology controls
  • Demonstrated ability to create user-centered products with modern UI/UX standards
  • Expertise in agile product delivery, innovation methodologies, and managing product teams through change and scale
  • Experience in driving organizational change through agile delivery, lean thinking, and new ways of working
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent
  • Experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from demonstrating strong business and technology acumen
  • Demonstrated application of modern software engineering methods such as agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test-driven development (TDD)
  • Production monitoring process setup with automation/dashboards
  • Experience with workflow configuration & implementation
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a high-pressure environment
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive solutions
  • Experience in creating & delivering technology roadmaps


Job Expectations:

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
