About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Process Engineer.


In this role, you will:

  • Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects
  • Ensure effective relationships among the design teams
  • Identify complex analyses and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches; including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates
  • Partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy
  • Create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Process Engineering experience preferably within a highly regulated industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and optimization tools, as well as familiarity with automation technologies.

Job Expectations:

  • Process Design and Optimization:

    • Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within Workplace Technology.
    • Continuously assess and refine existing processes to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and align with organizational goals.
  • Change Management:

    • Lead change initiatives to drive process improvements and ensure smooth transitions to new ways of working.
    • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate changes, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for process transformations.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
    • Facilitate collaboration and communication among teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on process performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Technology Integration:

    • Leverage technology to automate and streamline processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in process engineering to drive innovation within the organization.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$122,200.00 - $217,200.00
