About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in developing microservices and working with modern technologies such as MongoDB, Kafka, and container-based platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience and the ability to lead moderately complex initiatives within a technical domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and strategy development for technology solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
- Review and address moderately complex technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
- Resolve technical issues and lead a team to meet client needs, leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve project goals.
- Act as an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
- Lead projects and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Java development.
- 5+ years experience in developing microservices and working with MongoDB and Kafka.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with container-based technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- 3+ years of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong relationship skills that brings others in, educates stakeholders, and drives consensus.
- Very deep skills in at least two technical domains
- Ability to troubleshoot analyze performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in technology environments.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$126,400.00 - $262,600.00Benefits
