Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager, Compensation, to join the Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Total Rewards business leaders to tackle complex problems and develop solutions leveraging Workday and other HR systems. This role is responsible for the Compensation product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions. Focus is on global Compensation-related processes in support of Wells Fargo’s Total Rewards strategy.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and refinement of the Compensation product vision and roadmap; define scope, establish goals, prioritize backlog, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver business process and technology solutions
- Lead the Compensation Product Team of analysts and developers to design, develop, and deliver long-term, large-scale solutions to complex and unique challenges
- Serve as an expert advisor to executives on complex, visible, and diverse solutions that are strategically focused
- Provide forward-looking leadership to identify emerging capabilities that will advance the product; stay abreast of industry trends and actively participate in vendor design and advisory councils to influence vendor product roadmap
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies and business readiness needs are articulated, managed, and addressed to successfully execute work with quality and on-time
- Manage processes and routines needed to ensure that the product predictably delivers value, adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks; inspect pre-release progress, recommend changes, and ensure timelines are met
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday HR product management experience in a global environment with multiple integrations
- 5+ years of Workday Compensation experience leading a product team
- Experience consulting, implementing, and owning Human Resource products and tools
- Experience leading scrum teams in an Agile environment and strong Agile knowledge
- Experience presenting product vision, roadmap, and technical solutions to executives
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute initiatives with quality and on-time
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes
- Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted in Charlotte, NC; and Mpls, MN

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00Benefits
