About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant. EFT group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

The Lead Technology Business Services Consultant will support Workforce Strategy and Operations within EFT. This person will function as the bridge between managers, internal workforce leaders, and Talent Acquisition. This Lead Business Services Consultant will have strong experience creating, maintaining, and presenting detailed and analytical reporting to various audiences pertaining to workforce operations. Additionally, this person will possess the ability to build strong partnerships in an effort to foster successful collaboration with various stakeholders. In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end workforce exceptions and operations process including headcount exceptions, forecasting inputs, overall workforce analytics, and other workforce related activities as needed

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services

  • Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions

  • Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise

  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives

  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions

  • Provide guidance on leveraging new technology

  • Manage end-to-end weekly headcount exception requests and associated reporting

  • Assist with strategic workforce activities including but not limited to organizational redesign activities through Move the Lines

  • Host weekly and bi-weekly activities with OU workforce leads

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics with the ability to handle large amounts of data

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce operations including experience with hiring managers, HR, Finance and Recruiting

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong experience compiling and preparing analytical report for management and senior leaders

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Executive level facilitation experience

  • Ability to partner and engage stakeholders

  • Good project management, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry

  • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule - ability to work in office

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
