About this role:

Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Advisor Gateway Product Team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital advisor experience, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that empower financial advisors and enhance client outcomes.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or contribute to product management initiatives across the Advisor Gateway platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.

  • Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and key business stakeholders to bring product concepts to life and ensure successful delivery from ideation through launch.

  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Lead or support complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and business outcomes


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

  • Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch in a cross-functional environment.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services.

  • Availability to support production checkouts or critical deployments outside of standard business hours, as needed.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$87,700.00 - $155,900.00
