About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a variety of system quality assurance testing initiatives for projects on software systems
  • Complete systems testing and create systems quality assurance testing strategies
  • Execute complex test plans and scripts to facilitate testing activities
  • Document and verify resolution of software and specification defects
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine release readiness and streamline testing process
  • Provide guidance, lead, and prioritize testing activities for projects
  • Work with teams to develop testing strategies and provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers
  • Lead implementation of complex initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met
  • Work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
  • Create, prepare and implement system quality assurance reviews.

  • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.

  • Perform routine and basic analysis, testing and certification of software.

  • Create basic test plans and focus on test execution.

  • Perform simple test data conditioning, regression testing, and testing validation

  • Review user requirements to ensure that requirements are testable.

  • Validate user expectations are achieved during the testing process and conduct quality assurance reviews

  • Interact with users to share information and clarify instructions.

  • Collaborate with teams to create and select test cases and create test scripts


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Systems Quality Assurance and systems or application testing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Mortgage Retail Originations and Fulfillment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Retail | Servicing applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
  • University degree in related discipline (Any Graduation |BE | B. Tech | BCA | B.Sc. CS).
  • 3 to 5 years of Testing knowledge demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, • training, military experience, education.
  • Need to be flexible for rotational / Night Shifts

About the Role,
This role will perform User Acceptance testing activities including test planning, test preparation (including data conditioning), and test execution
