Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will:
Partner with Product Directors and Change Initiative Sponsors to keep Product and Initiative records compliant with ECM, CLCAO, Auto Change Management Policy, procedures, and applicable controls
Collaborate with Product Managers, Change Management Consultants, Business Execution Consultants and Business Subject Matter Experts to strategically plan and successfully implement Change Events in alignment with key organizational initiatives
Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders—including business partners, Legal Risk, Compliance, and Controls (LRCC), and change management governance—to support the successful execution of programs and projects aligned with Auto’s strategic initiatives
Maintain Jira and Registry systems of records for respective products and strategic initiatives
Work independently in ambiguous situations to support delivery of high-risk change events
Act as Change Management SME for Auto Product and LOB
Assist with communication and training activities in accordance with change management policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7 + years of comprehensive project and program management experience, with demonstrated success using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to achieve key milestones and deliver targeted outcomes
7 + years of experience in strategic planning, with a focus of aligning initiatives with business and product roadmaps
Experience in consumer lending, preferably in auto, with a strong understanding of originations and servicing operations
Experience leading or supporting change management policies and frameworks
Familiarity with Agile product development concepts, including epics, features, stories, and backlog management; Proficiency in Jira and Registry preferred
Experience managing multiple, concurrent initiatives, preferably within the financial services industry
Demonstrated expertise in managing initiatives through planning, process management, and documentation
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of developing and maintaining partnerships across business and functional areas
Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills
Ability to operate in ambiguity, think critically, and proactively identify and validate upcoming change events
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications, with the ability to simplify complex requirements to maximize adherence
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule
Ability to travel up to 10% of time
