GPL Change Implementation Consultant - Payables Product

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions that will support our payables product.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
- Lead complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related services
- Ensure that projects are completed according to established timelines
- Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
- Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
- Create/manage project plans and coordinate appropriate meetings
- Communicate status to the customer and line partners
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management and / or implementation experience, or a combination of both
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
- Strong Treasury product knowledge
- Experience implementing and/or servicing payables products
- Experience implementing multiple treasury management products simultaneously
- Highly prefer experience with JIRA and SharePoint
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$68,000.00 - $114,000.00Benefits
