About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to support the Legal Entity Expense Allocations process. This position resides in the Corporate & Strategic Finance organization. This is an important finance function focusing on legal entity billing for internal services supporting the Enterprise Service Taxonomy, Resolution and Resiliency Planning and financial performance. The analyst will be a subject matter expert on costing methodologies, cost drivers, service evidence and support, as well as developing strong working relationships across multiple businesses and international finance teams.


In this role, you will:

  • Advise finance partners on costing best practices, financial impacts for legal entity performance and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead change initiatives related to costing methodologies, including conducting impact analyses, developing training materials, coordinating testing, and ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Partner with all levels of enterprise costing team, multiple business finance teams and Finance Transformation Office in support of monthly production execution
  • Serve as a thought partner and technical advisor in implementing Corporate & Strategic Finance priorities, contributing to both strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Execute successfully within strict monthly production deadlines managing your time and upstream partner deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with peers in multiple global regions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiar with expense allocations concepts - Service Taxonomy, Cost Drivers, Spend Recovery Analysis
  • Intermediate level user of Essbase cube data (Revenue, Balance Sheet and Expense/FTE/Headcount), Dodeca reporting platform, Corporate FP&A standards, and Corporate Legal Entity concepts and risk factors.
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets, using tools like Excel and Essbase output
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify financial issues and develop solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation skills to support internal controls, policies and procedures

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
