Lead Program Manager, Capital Markets Technology

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Program Manager to support strategic technology initiatives across the Spread Capital Markets Technology organization.
In this role, you will:
- Support budget planning, financial tracking, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and manage high-impact presentation materials for executive briefings and leadership meetings.
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership across technology and business teams.
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
- Support operational governance activities including control testing, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
- Work closely with the Technology Management and peers to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution of strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years in Chief of Staff or strategic leadership roles within Technology for Capital Markets
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior leadership in Capital Markets Technology or a related financial services domain.
- Proven track record in managing executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with KPI development, dashboarding, and planning rhythms
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, risk models, and structured products is a plus.
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule. 3 days in office every week currently.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00Benefits
