Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Support all aspects of software application design, development, implementation and maintenance. Participate in creating project, application and support documentation. Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Work on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Work with other technology teams across the enterprise to ensure common direction and compliance. Design complex technical solutions, write unit test, and test new developments against business requirements. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle. Remote work permitted two days per week.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related technical field and 5 years of Software Engineering experience.
Position requires the following:
- 5 years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience;
- 5 years of MS SQL server experience;
- 5 years of experience designing or supporting complex ETL production environments;
- 5 years of C# experience;
- 5 years of Oracle and PL/SQL experience;
- 5 years of AutoSys scheduling and orchestration experience;
- 5 years of Teradata experience;
- 5 years of source control (e.g. Azure DevOps, TFS, SVN, Git) experiences;
- 4 years of experience as a Compliance/Risk Subject Matter Expert within the Financial Services industry;
- 4 years of Agile experience;
- 4 years of advanced PowerShell and Bash scripting experience;
- 2 years of Network Data Mover (NDM) experience;
- 2 years of Windows Azure Pack (WAP) experience; and
- 2 years of experience with DevOps pipelines/tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, etc.) for automating builds and releases.
