Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end Generative AI initiatives, including strategic showcases, Agentic AI workflows, Workshops, and significant initiatives
- Organize, facilitate, and drive recurring program stand-ups and strategic workshops for various GenAI teams
- Manage product delivery roles and ensure alignment across all Generative AI programs.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across all assigned initiatives.
Technology Strategy & Execution:
- Coordinate the development and deployment of AI-driven applications and agentic workflows utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensure architecture and design adhere to enterprise standards for scalability, security, compliance, and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide technical direction and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust solutions.
- Assist with Model Risk Management (MRM) documentation and support last-mile activities for AI solution deployment.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to GenAI-related policies, internal controls, and risk treatment frameworks.
- Actively participate in governance workshops to define engagement models and contribute to roadmap planning for AI initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders.
- Host and contribute to critical meetings, including strategic reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Provide timely and structured updates through various channels, including weekly trackers and application sunrise
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex technology programs and projects, particularly within the AI/ML or Generative AI domain
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-driven application development, and agentic workflows
- Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and risk standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior leadership
- Experience with governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance in a regulated environment is a plus
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
Job Expectations:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in AI model interpretation, data analysis, and emerging technologies

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00Benefits
