About this role:

This role supports both the immediate and future success of the CMSPL product organization by driving strategic excellence and operational efficiency. By combining high-level strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational oversight, this position enables the Head of Product Development to dedicate focus to vision, innovation, and critical decision-making.


In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for the Product organization, managing executive priorities and ensuring alignment across initiatives
  • Drive collaboration among teams within and outside of the product organization
  • Facilitate the successful execution of the organization’s long-term objectives
  • Prepare and attend executive meetings, capturing key decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Design and facilitate team offsites, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Draft communications, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Act as a sounding board for the Head of Product Development and his leadership team.
  • Facilitate workshops, and tracking progress on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage special projects assigned by the Head of Product Development, including organizational change efforts, and innovation programs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Champion the product organization’s values, vision, and culture. Drive initiatives to promote engagement, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor’s degree required


Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred, ideally in business, engineering, economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, operations, or management consulting. Prior experience in a chief of staff, product leadership, or similar role strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem solving that anticipates challenges and leverages resources to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Ability to synthesize information, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and present actionable insights to senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with modern product development processes, agile methodologies, and relevant tools.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.


This candidate will be required to work onsite at the stated location in the job posting on a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$191,000.00 - $305,000.00
