About this role:
The Head of Workforce Strategy & Enablement will report to the Head of the Technology Business Office and will lead the strategic design, planning, and execution of workforce initiatives across the Technology organization. This role is responsible for architecting and operationalizing a comprehensive workforce operating model that aligns with business priorities, enhances workforce agility, and drives measurable outcomes across planning, analytics, governance, talent, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Workforce Strategy & Enablement service product, including domains such as Strategy & Planning, Analytics & Insights, Workforce Operations & Governance, and Talent & Engagement
- Define and drive strategic workforce planning rhythms, headcount and capacity planning, and workforce modeling scenarios
- Lead the development and governance of job architecture, role taxonomy, and workforce structure
- Coordinate federated and cross-functional workforce activities with Finance, HR, Product, Agile, and Analytics teams
- Manage operational rhythms, workforce data quality, and governance frameworks
- Activate workforce insights through modeling, funnel activities, and dashboard integration
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through real-time analytics and scenario planning
- Drive workforce upskilling, early talent programs, and internal mobility strategies
- Foster engagement and community initiatives aligned with workforce goals
- Lead strategic technology workplace planning and associated real estate portfolio management to support evolving workforce needs
- Oversee site selection, space allocation, and utilization optimization to align with organizational objectives
- Partner closely with the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) to align real estate strategy and workplace solutions with broader business priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects such as office relocations, site expansions, and renovations to drive operational efficiency
- Integrate workforce planning insights with property management for proactive space and infrastructure planning
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or HR leadership within a technology environment
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; experience with workforce planning tools and platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
- Deep understanding of labor cost modeling, talent development, and operational governance
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$290,000.00 - $500,000.00Benefits
