About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with treasury management products and services
Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams
Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset
Job Expectations:
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the San Diego, CA, Las Vegas, NV, West Covina, CA, or Chandler, AZ office approximately 3 days a week
10% travel

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
