About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Job Expectation:

  • Directly influence and shape how work gets done across the Chief Operating Office. You’ll be at the forefront of designing intelligent, user-centric workflow solutions that simplify processes, unlock efficiency, and empower teams.
  • As the primary Pega Solution Consultant, you’ll bridge business needs with smart, scalable solutions and collaborate across teams, influence decision-making, and help build a future where AI and automation drive meaningful change.
  • You’ll also lead the intake and evaluation of all workflow opportunities, ensuring they align with enterprise priorities and deliver real value. From idea to execution, you’ll guide business case development and co-create product roadmaps that make a measurable impact. Key responsibilities include:
  • Solution Design & Delivery
    • Lead the end-to-end design of Pega-based workflow solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
    • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solution designs.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong user experience.
  • Workflow Intake & Business Case Development
    • Own and evolve the intake process for all workflow opportunities across the Chief Operating Office.
    • Evaluate proposed solutions for strategic alignment, feasibility, and potential impact.
    • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to develop compelling business cases and define success metrics.
  • Product Leadership
    • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Pega GenAI-powered workflow solutions.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and delivery capacity.
    • Drive agile collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact between business units, engineering teams, and external partners.
    • Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared ownership of outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital product management with a focus on solution design, workflow optimization, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Pega solution architecture, including business process design and configuration best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega GenAI features and how they can be applied to enhance workflow intelligence and automation.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-native solution design principles.
  • Experience analyzing workflow performance and identifying opportunities for optimization and variance reduction.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns and user-centric design methodologies.

  • Ability to work on site in a hybrid role.
